- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 2-3
- Curry leaves - 3 springs
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard - 1tsp
- Oil - for tempering
- Dry red chillies - 1
Preparation:
- Grind together grated coconut , green chillies, 2 springs of curry leaves ans salt until smooth and desired consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard and then add dry red chilli and curry leaves.
- Pour this over the chutney and mix well.
Notes:
- You can also add roasted gram dhal while grinding for better taste and texture.
